Experienced attorney, helping you every step of the way
Joseph brings over a decade of experience to a practice built around one purpose: practical solutions for people facing a system that feels complex and intimidating. Where there is uncertainty or stress, his job is to provide clarity and steady guidance.
He began at the University of Miami School of Law, representing people who could not otherwise afford counsel in Social Security matters, and later earned his J.D., cum laude, and an LL.M. in Taxation. He has since built extensive experience in estate planning and civil litigation, and is qualified to appear before the Southern and Middle District Courts of Florida.
He founded Bendel Law with a simple measure of success: clients leave better off than when they arrived. Originally from Canada, Joseph is a hockey player and a former EMT and teacher, and values time with his wife Carolina and their four children.
